This page will help determine if your VPN is set up correctly. It may take several minutes to complete. If any of the tests say "Not OK", please ensure you are connected to the VPN and your VPN client is configured according to the VPN setup page.

DNS:

If you are on Windows and using Internet Explorer, please try again using another browser such as Firefox or Chrome.
If you are on a Mac, you will need to check at least one more thing. Open the Terminal app and run host 2c8ayxdp1ue4g.internal.endpoint.vpnchecker.corp.ipsy.com

If you see output like this, then DNS is OK: 

$ host 2c8ayxdp1ue4g.internal.endpoint.vpnchecker.corp.ipsy.com
2c8ayxdp1ue4g.internal.endpoint.vpnchecker.corp.ipsy.com has address 10.129.133.74
2c8ayxdp1ue4g.internal.endpoint.vpnchecker.corp.ipsy.com has address 10.129.10.105
Otherwise, make sure you are following the most recent VPN setup instructions.
